I think you can pursue another degree from IGNOU if you really want to even after completing your graduation given you meet their eligibility criteria. According to the official site the University admits students to its Bachelors Degree Programme from both formal and non-formal scheme. The non-formal stream consists of those students who have not cleared 10+2 or equivalent exam. To take admission to IGNOU’s degree programme they have to pass its Bachelor’s Preparatory Programme (BPP) first.

(Chemistry) is offered in IGNOU. The programme will be offered in a semester mode. There will be four semesters. However, a student can complete the programme in a maximum time of four years. To apply for IGNOU M.Sc. Chemistry admission, the candidate should be having 3 years B.Sc. Degree after 10+2 with Major/ Honours in Chemistry. Course fee is Rs. 5000/-.

I need to sign in in your IGNOU account by your user id and password. After sign in you will find link for  changing of address name, study centre and medium. After clicking yah to find to pay a nominal fees mentioned there online. Take a receipt of it for future course of  action.

Another procedure of changing your study centre is to visit your regional centre personally and make a demand draught as directed and pray with application and submit to the the regional centre in the respective department Head and wait for some days to you take it in action.

The assignment status can only be checked by visiting the official website that is ww.ignou.ac.in. Students who have submitted their assignments on the prescribed date will be able to check assignment status. The last date of IGNOU assignment submission for January 2020 session is January 31, 2021. It is compulsory to submit the IGNOU 2020 assignment before the term-end examination. Candidates are advised to keep a copy of IGNOU assignment response for future references.
