You have to collect your marksheet by visiting regional center and fill the form and then it will be delievered to your registered address by post it takes 30-40 days.You should mail the helpdesk for your query regarding your marksheet or provisional certificate.Here is the grievances website

Since DU has not released cut off yet, you should always make a safe side. If you wish to apply for IGNOU, do it.

A student always apply for more 2 - 3 choices as alternatives. And there's no doubt that DU has a much better ranking than IGNOU.

From July'2019 session Diploma in Elementary Education isn't being offered in IGNOU, for more information you can visit the official website at http://www.ignou.ac.in:8080/ignou/aboutignou/school/soe/programmes/detail/585/2 , in case you want to pursue it, do it through distance mode , that's the best option, you can check out colleges in your state
