Dear Abhijeet, you should have obtained a minimum aggregate of 55% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and should have passed each of these subjects separately. So, you should have an aggregate of 55% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics combined and passed all  these subjects separately. 

Yes you can apply for ipu cry today as the registration form  is released on 22march .The last date is yet to release . so you can apply for the ipu cet today .

A candidate needs to have a score of atleast 55% aggregate in PCM in the 12th examination in order to be eligible for IPU CET. So, unfortunately, you might not be eligible for the exam.
