Hey.

You have not mentioned whether you belong to Delhi region or outside Delhi region. This makes a huge difference in the cut off and also the cut off lists of them both are prepared separately.

I am sorry to inform you that you won't be able to get CSE in any of the colleges till the 3rd round of counselling according to the previous year's cut off. You might get CSE in some colleges in the spot counselling. Also you can get other branches
