You have not mentioned that you are from Delhi or outside Delhi.If you are from Delhi you may get a seat for IT or CSE but for a candidate outside Delhi I think it is not, as the previous years trend shows.

According to previous year cut off, closing rank for Delhi candidate is around to 20k and for outside Delhi is around to 7k.

Hello ayushi,
According to previous year cut off, your chance of getting a seat is negligible. You can not get admission with this rank.
If you belong to out side Delhi then you have no chance.for DELHI student closing rank approx to 22k.

According to previous year cut off, you have a chance to get a seat in college through IPU CET.
last year closing rank approx to 6k for out side Delhi for various branch like CE, ECE, EEE and electrical.
