I am not sure if you can get admission in JIMS Kalkaji is first round of counselling but in subsequent rounds you can definitely get admission and you can also check the past year cut off for the college from the GGSSIPU website.

Well I should let you know that IPU has reservations for residents from Delhi and the ranks go accordingly .So,assuming that you are not from Delhi.

I dont know any university with the name ipu , however I can talk about LPU. LPU doesnt have management quota. You have to fullfill the eligibility criteria in order to take admission in any of the course.
