see you can not join b.Tech course after completing ITI training. you can get admission in b.tech course after completing three years diploma course in relevant stream, diploma pass students can join b.tech as lateral entry in second year of b.tech course  by clearing  state wise lateral entry exam

There are Nine NITs that offer B.Arch course but none accept NATA score. They only accept JEE main paper 2 score for admissions. The NITs that offer B.Arch course are
