I would like to inform you that their is probably little or no difference in Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety and Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety Management. The only difference is if you're studying from CMJ University you will get an additional subject of some instrumentation material in management portion or more precisely, Industrial Instrumentation.
