There is no big difference in the syllabus course of Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology, there is just change of one book in the third of your engineering.So do not worry you can opt both IT or CSE but if you want to more lean towards
It depends, at times they don't ask fir the CCC certificate, but at times they do. So i would suggest to be on the safe side, apply for it. It is not hard to get.
