You can do MTech/M.E only if you have a Btech/B.E degree in any Engineering or technical discipline. As you are BSc student you can do MSc to join Mtech.

There is no significant difference between CSE and IT. Both of these courses are similar till the 6th semister (THIRD YEAR) and then the syllabus changes from sixth semester. Basically CSE goes deep in C++. But the job opportunities for both CSE and IT are same.

Most of the companies put a starting percentage to allow students for an interview they only check your MCA percentage and 10th and 12th percentage is not that compulsory

Mock allotment is an indication of the branch and college that you might get in the actual round of counseling. But it is not absolute.

You might have a chance of getting a seat in last round of the counseling or even the special rounds.
