Since you have not specified which exam is this rank of, I can only consider the all India examination- JEE. So, accordingly, even if these ranks are of mains or advanced, I am sorry but you cannot get any of the seats of your desired branch, i.e., CSE/IT.
Hello candidate.Both Computer Science Engineering (CSE) and Information Technology (IT) are same.There is no big difference between CSE and IT.Both the branches CSE and IT deal with programming and completely software side.If you are interested in programming then go with CSE or IT.

according to the rank you said but not mentioned state and entrance test.
so if i consiter that as eamcet or icet then you can go with gitam,hitam,bvrit,cmr group of intitutions,mallareddy group of institutions,mlrit,mgit,svit,cbit and few other colleges.

As per the rank you have state you can get good college. You haven't states the entrance exam name for which i can suggest you some names. You can apply for government college for any course but you may not get CSE or ECE may be IT branch. IF
