Are you asking about M.Tech Software Engineering (5 year Integrated programme) ? As per the eligibility, You should be passed in Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the state / central board of examination or its equivalent examination with 70% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM).

No it is not possible to enroll in colleges or for JosAA counselling without giving any entrance exams. 

Your selection is based on the ranks and score you achieve in the examination. 

For engineering you need to appear for JEE MAINS AND ADVANCED LEVEL ENTRANCE EXAMS.
