Softwares required according to the syllabus of CSE in VIT, Vellore are -
Language Compilers - A C/C++ Compiler, A Java Compiler, A Python Compiler etc.
Other - MATLAB, Linux OS, Graphic Drawing Program.
Most of which are supported on a MacBook running macOS X.

MU OET just changed it's marking scheme this year. So it's difficult to predict cutoffs manually. As ranks are not known, cutoff marks can't be calculated.As of now, you can estimate the cut off ranks according to the previous year trend only. Link to which is given
