The percentile of 85 in JEE Mains will land you around 168k rank in open category and this might not what get you into DTU however you might look into following colleges for admission in Computer Science and Engineering:

Hi,
With 85 percentile in St category it will be difficult to get SE in DTU but you can get MCE or EE. But you can fill all the courses in your choice filling as there are 6 rounds of counselling and one spot round for admission in DTU so

you can't do so.

first you have to gave gate paper again in 2020 with coumputer science branch and you have to score high to get admission in IITs or NITs .

college allow you for this only when you qualified the gate paper with that gate only .
