you have to mention your college's details here.However the fees structure of all government engineering colleges is aroung 50K to 1L per annum and for private engineering colleges it is around 1.5L to 3L per annum.

The reality is they dont teach IOs or Andriod app developing in either IT or CS at the colleges. Most of the students learn it on their own or through their clubs in colleges, or by joining classes. Primarily if you know JAVA, you could learn Andriod app
