In order to be eligible for NSIT you should have 60% aggregate marks in P/C/M. There is a relaxtion of marks for reserved category as well.
You should have english as your subject.

Few institutes which provide diploma in software
Hi for Game Design, NID Bengaluru offers M.Des in Digital Game Design. As for the other courses, many private players offer them. I am however not sure of their certificate and validity.
