Depends on what aspect you are comparing those branches.
If you are concerned about higher placement and perks, go for CSE but remember that it is your interest that matters not your branch.

Chances are very less to get CSE branch. You can try in private colleges of other states like Haryana, Punjab, UP, Rajasthan etc.
