VIT is one of the well renowned university so no doubt it is good in all aspects specially the main branch. And you can complete your B.Tech from there and to get admission in IIT you will have to crack Gate exam with good marks.

DTU takes admission through JEE Main rank. DTU has reservation for delhi students . for general category (Delhi region) students cut off will be like:

CSE & IT- 7K-8K rank (marks should be around 180-200)
ECE- 14K-15K rank (marks should be around 170)
ME- 16K-17K rank (marks should be around
