According to the current eligibility criteria set up for IBPS Clerk examination, a candidate needs to age between 20 to 28 years. In addition to this he or she must be a graduate from any domain. So following that you would be eligible to appear for the Clerk examination for one final time in 2022.

As per the information available on the IBPS Clerk 2021 Advertisement PDF a ll the educational qualifications mentioned should be from a University/ Institution/ Board recognised by government of India a nd the final result of the qualifying examination must be declared on or before October 27, 2021. If you have passed in the qualifying examination that is Bachelor's Degree in September 2021 you will be eligible to appear for IBPS Clerk 2021 as you have passed before the given cut off date. As you did not mention your category, considering you as a general category candidate, you are eligible for ibps clerk 2021 examination. As mentioned in notification of ibps clerk, the age of candidate should be in between 20 to 28 for general category, 5 years relaxation for sc/st and 3 years for obc.The age of candidate is counted till 1july 2021. Your date of birth is may 1994 ,age is 27 years and some days ,so you are eligible for this exam.

The upper age limit to appear for IBPS Clerk 2021 is 28 years as on July 1, 2021. Candidates belonging to OBC-NCL category are given 3 years age relaxation on upper age limit. Your age as on July 1, 2021 is 31 years 3 months 11 days. But only 3 years relaxation is given on upper age limit so if your age is below 31 years you are eligible. You are not eligible to appear for IBPS Clerk 2021 as your age is above 31 years.
