Candidates applying for IBPS CWE/Bank Clerk Examination should be one of the following:
1. Citizen of India 2. The subject of Nepal or Bhutan 3. Tibetan Refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanent settlement 4. Person of Indian Origin (PIO) who has migrated from Burma, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Vietnam or East African countries of Zaire, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Ethiopia, Malawi, with the intention of permanent settlement in India Candidates belonging to the category 2, 3, 4 must have a certificate of eligibility issued by the Govt of India in their favor.

If you are interested in clerk jobs of IBPS then let me me inform you that agevise it is ok but there are certain other eligibility criteria also like graduation if you have successfully completed that also then you can apply for it for sure.

Yes, the final year students can still apply for the IBPS PO and clerk 2019 exams. But if you clear the IBPS PO or clerk 2019 exam, you must possess the valid mark sheet/degree certificate indicating your percentage of marks. Also the graduation degree you obtained must be from the University/ Institution/ board recognized by the government of India. It should be carried during then document verification process. If any discrepancies found your candidature will be canceled even if you cleared all the stages of the recruitment process. Right now there is no official notification for the ibps clerk or po exams but according to the 2019-20 exam calender the dates for these exams are released by ibps official website which is as follows :-
#for clerk exam the prelim exam dates are -
7-12-19; 8-12-19; 14-12-19 and 15-12-19 respectively.
the mains exam will be held on: 25-1-20.
#for po exam the pre exam dates are-
12th; 13th; 19th; 20th October 2019 respectively.
the mains exam will held on: 30-11-19.
Last year the notifications are released in the month of July-August 2018 for ibps po exams.
While, for clerk they were released in the months of October-November 2018.
So,hopefully rhis year as well the notifications must be released in such months only.

The notification for IBPS PO is expected to be released in August whereas IBPS Clerk notification will release in September. However the exam dates for both the posts have been announced by the exam conducting body.
IBPS Clerk prelims exam will be held on December 7, 8, 14, and 15 whereas mains exam will be conducted on January 19, 2020.
IBPS PO prelims exam is scheduled to be held on October 12, 13, 19 and 20, 2019 whereas mains exam will be conducted on November 30, 2019.

The duties of a clerk are to issue cheque books,marketing of banking schemes such as loan, maintaing balance register,tallying the information daily, data entry, handling deposits and cash withdrawals, ensuring payment clearances, typing work.
Also there is a scope of promotion in this job.You can run through the stages of promotion like JAIIB and CAIIB.

IBPS conducts a written exam in multiple banks to fill the vacancies for this post. If you want to aplly for this examination, you need to fill online application provided at the IBPS site.
There are two exams for IBPS exam: preliminary and mains. There is no interview process for this.The preliminary exam is an online exam in which there are total 100 number of questions.The mains question paper consists of 190 questions which are to be attempted in a particular frame of time. Also there is penalty for answering wrong.There is also age criteria that the candidate should be between 20 to 28. The candidate should also possess minimum qualification of graduation from a renowned college or institute.
You also get increment after serving for 1 year.
