The minimum Education eligibility requirement to appear for SBI Clerk, IBPS Clerk and IBPS PO is Bachelor's Degree from a recognized. It is not mandatory that a candidate must have passed class 12th. Diploma in Engineering is equivalent to 10+2 so you are eligible to appear for SBI Clerk,

As per the IBPS PO Eligibility Criteria 2021, you are required to be of 20 years on August 1, 2021 to be eligible for IBPS PO 2021. Now, you will be of 20 years on 8th Nov 2021, so you are not eligible to give IBPS PO exam
