IEM has course fees as follows:-

B.Tech. All branches - INR 5.21 Lakhs

MBA All branches -  INR 5.32 Lakhs

M.Tech. All branches - INR 3 Lakhs

HIT has course fees as follows:-

B.Tech. All branches - INR 3.93 Lakhs

MCA  -  INR 3.17 Lakhs

M.Tech. All branches - INR 2.71 Lakhs

see every year cutoff score changes and it depends on various factors like number of participants, stream of engineering, questions difficulty level etc, so as per previous years closing rank if you rank is around 4k you may admission in iem, for uem, you may either give iem jee or wbjee to get admission in uem

IEMJEE is conducted every year by the reputed IEM group for admission to B.Tech/ BCA/ BBA/ BPT/ M.Tech/ MCA/ M.Sc/ MBA courses of IEM (Institute of Engineering & Management) Group and UEM (University of Engineering & Management).

Unfortunately the answer is No. Last year's JEE main cutoff for round 3 of counseling went upto 21231 and your rank is around 173802.

(Formula : (100-percentile)*869010/100)

This will more likely to increase after April session exam as no of students may go upto 1200000. You can appear for WBJEE (if eligible).

Heritage institute of technology is a private engineering college in kolkata.it is affiliated by Maulana Abdul  Kalam Azad University of technology .

It was established in year 2001 and it's director is Dulal Chandra Roy .

Campus area is about 70 acres.

According to ranking given by NIRF  in 2018 ( NATIONAL INSTITUTE RANKING FRAMEWORK ) it is ranked in between 101-150 among engineering institute in India.wheras IEM is ranked on 25 given by NIRF.

both of them are approved by UGC.

IEM fee structure is around 5 lakhs whereas heriatge's fees is around 6 lakh.

So by considering the NIRF ranking IEM is better than HIT.

So ,I am considering MBA course for my comparison.

Course fees: In Heritage it is 6.92 lakhs for Gen category and In IEM  it is around  5.32 lakhs for Gen category.

Eligibility criteria: In Heritage candidate must have passed class 10,12 and graduation from any recognize institute or having approval of AICTE .

In IEM , student must have secured 50% in graduation.

Both of them provide MBA courses approved by AICTE.

HERITAGE provides facilities of Boys as well as girl hostel while IEM doesn't .
