According to eligibility criteria of IEM you should have 10+2 with science stream.There is no any specific percentage cutoff.But for safe zone you should have a percentage above 60.With a good score in JEE main or WBJEE you will definitely get admission.

Hi dear, yes you can get admission in IEM, kolkata and Heritage Institute of technology through jee mains..For taking CSE in these colleges you must bring rank under following numbers-

IEM -under 33000

Heritage -under 41000

Go through the above article to have an idea about the cutoff of wbjee 2019.You will get the previous years cut-offs in the link and accordingly decide how much you have to score.

For Heritage you need a pretty good rank within 10000 to get into it.

For IEM you need a rank within 20000.

Your percentile is not soo good.Cuttoff are going to expect in such percentile under general quota.You can calculate your rank in general category using this formula: Probable Rank={100-percentile Score}×874469/100.This gives you probable rank under general quota.Closing rank of IEM kolkata is 46k.

You still have a attempt for jee mains 2019.Do well,this time secure a seat in IEM or in other better college.You can.

The admission will be based on cutoff which changes every year.This years cutoff is not yet out,and will be decided only after the final annoucement of the results by NTA,that is after April,2019.So your rank might change.

Based on previous years cutoff, you are likely to get into iem or heritage.
