You have mentioned two completely different kinds of colleges and asked for a comparison between the two which is not possible. Can you compare and IIM with IIT? Of course not.

IIFM is a business school that offers PGDM in finance and IB. Whereas IIHMR is an institute that focusses on healthcare management.

IFIM, Bangalore is a decent b- school for mba and pgdm. The fee is around 10-11 lakhs. The average package is 7 lakhs per annum for both mba and pgdm. Big companies like citibank, axis bank, britannia industries ltd, etc visit the campus for recruitment. The faculty is qualified and experienced. The infrastructure is also good.

SDMIMD, Mysore is better in comparison to IFIM, Bangalore due to better peer learning, infrastructure, faculty and placement opportunities. Moreover, SDMIMD will provide you a more wholesome learning experience.

According to the marks u have obtained in the entrance exams u will not be able to apply for  the good bschools for ur further studies for getting call letter from them.

U should be using ur MAT marks for getting admissions in the private bschools for ur further studies.

Firstly, none of the companies go to any campus to hire HR personnel for sales & marketing jobs only. For that, they have the students of that vertical itself.

Okay, now coming to your main question - In terms of placement and the number of MNCs coming for recruitment, IFIM Bangalore ranks better. Placement at SDMIMD is equally better but not for the HR domain. 

In terms of HR students ratio, any source currently studying at each of the colleges would be able to give you the exact information.

I would like to say that, in any institute you may study, because every institutes have their own way of teaching, this is my view about institutes but if you want to know that which is better, then you should ask the individuals who is or who was studying in that institute.
