Institute of Management Studies, Ghaziabad
Hi,
IMS Indore and IPU MBA placements usually may not be at par with other B-schools; average packages offered are 4 lakhs. Faculty-wise and exposure wise, infrastructure facilities are all decent. Asian business school has excellent infrastructure and is a growing institution. Their summer placements are in some very good corporates such as Amul, Honda etc and Final placements are almost 100%.They even take students on educational trips abroad which help with the all round development of the student. Jaipuria ( especially Noida) is one of the best of the lot, placements are good with average upto 6 Lakhs and highest package has been 12. It has a lot of industrial tie ups for its students and has good faculty. All of these schools accept CAT/MAT scores. Jaipuria though requires a bit higher.
Good luck!
IMS Ghaziabad is a good college with A NAAC ‘A’ Grade Accredited Institution, stands tall among the premier business schools in the country for the phenomenal placements of its Flagship Programme, PGDM (Approved by AICTE, Accredited by NBA and Equivalent to MBA by AIU).IMSian’s, yet again, proved their character through the stellar performances by securing a total of 313 Placement Offers, amidst the increasingly volatile economic scenario internationally. IMS Ghaziabad fortified its position among the regular recruiters, whilst increasing it, who yet again showed immense faith in the pedagogy, faculty, alumni and students for building future leaders.
A total of 160 companies confirmed participation in the final placement process offering a plethora of roles across all major domains. The average CTC stood at INR 5.6 LPA with the highest domestic CTC being INR 14 LPA. Four students bagged international offers from Buoy Group.
Fortune Institute of International Business, Vasant Vihar, Delhi offers a 2-year full-time PGDM course with a total fee of Rs. 7.2 lakhs. According to last year placement report, the average salary offered was Rs. 5.75 lakhs per annum, maximum salary offered was Rs. 14.07 lakhs per annum and minimum salary offered was Rs. 3.5 lakhs per annum.
School of Business, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun offers a 2-year full-time MBA with a total fee of Rs. 11.57 lakhs. According to last year placement records around 70-80% of the total batch was placed with an average package around Rs. 5 lakhs per annum.
Among these 3 colleges, FIIB will be the best choice for you then IMS Ghaziabad and then UPES Dehradun.
Feel free to ask if you have any more queries. All the best!!
Hey Saumya!!
I personally consider JIMS better college as compared to IMS, NDIM, Asia Pacific, or IBS Gurgaon.
JIMS Kalkaji has 24th Times'21 ranking, 56th The Week'19 ranking, 103rd Business Today'19 ranking and JIMS Kalkaji also has lowest fees out of all these colleges.
Hello Ritika, it seems finally you have two good colleges in your bag. Congrats!!

According to me, you should go to Asia Pacific Institute of management, New Delhi. All the best!!
Based on this score this score the chances are less to apply for all these colleges but you can apply the colleges for Alliance Bangalore, Jaupuria Lucknow etc.
IMS Gaziabad is a good college but in terms of ROI, Placement record and pedagogy, RIIM, Pune is far ahead. It provides the best ROI in India with 100% placement.
