with AIR 14452 in neet and belonging to sc category you can get IMS BHU. As per previous year the BHU cut off of neet for sc under all india quota was 17807. So as oer previous year trends you can get seat their.

As you have scored 304 marks in Neet examination 2019 and you haven't mentioned your category of eligibility. Without the category it is not possible to tell , because cutoff varies . Fee structure also varies , based on category , refer kea website for exact fees structure.
