Since you didn't mentioned either engineering medical. I'm considering as Engineering, so Your Estimated Marks : Eamcet (75%) + Inter (25%) = 24.38 + 24.29 => 48.67/100. With 48.67 marks your predicted rank would lie in between 24,000-25,000 .Check out the below link to explore list of all colleges

Eamcet rank is calculated on basis of marks and marks 75% from ap EAMCET and 25% from ipe .as per my knowledge 75% of your marks = 45 and if you get min 20 marks in ipe then your approx will be 13k then you have a chance get
