Instrumentation Engineering
Hello,
In 2019 a candidate with rank OBC-NCL rank 7707 secured seat in Instrumentation and Control Engineering in NIT, Tiruchirappalli under home state quota in round 7. Considering this you have decent chances of getting seat in NIT, Trichy in ICE branch. But cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates applied, difficulty of exam, number of seats available etc. And it is difficult to predict whether the cut off may increase or decrease as it depends on the above mentioned factors.
We have JEE Main college predictor you may use it to predict the colleges in which you may have chances of getting seat https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
Hi Gauri, surely you can get admission in the NSS Palakkad under the instrumentation engineering as per your wish. Your rank in your category is quite enough to get seat. Happily go and do the process for admission. To know the details about the college fee, facilities and many other, visit the college website.
All the best.
Yes , it will not only broad your scope but also will make you available for getting into two different fields. Both engineering course is a industrial based course but electrical engineers are required almost by most of companies and eventhough government sector have a great scope for electrical engineering. Instrumentation and control engineering is a developing engineering in India . So ,the new companies provide jobs to Instrumentation and control engineer. If you have both degree you might also have chances of getting a great packages from beginning.
Hope it may help you
Hi aspirant, since you have gine for B.Tech so I would like to make you clear that if you are enrolling yourself for B.Tech then you have to study Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in first year, these all subjects are common for all branches. Now if you are weak in physics than doesn't matter because you will get to study this subject in your first year where you can make your basics of this subject clear.
Good Luck.
Hello student,
The placement of electronics and instrumentation engineering very well depends on from which nit would you pursue it from. The top nit's would have a good placement in this branch. If you would share with us which nit would you get into according to your rank then we would surely tell you a detailed view of the placements in that nit.
Hello aspirant,
You asked for the comparison among the colleges named psg, tce & cit.
Now, look, according to me, psg is the best among them. Placement is extremely good. Mostly PSG students get placed in the avg package of 4 to 6 Lpa. PSG last 3 years maintaining placement percentage 85%+. Most of the reputed companies like Caterpillar, Bajaj, L&T, Pwc, Daimler, Asian Paints,Renault Nissan, Goldman Sachs etc. are visiting regularly to our campus.
The tentative number of lecturers in this college is 90 in the college. Their avg age is around 40 to 45. Their average qualification is M.E. but most of the staffs have completed PhDs. They are very good in explaining the engineering concepts to the students as they do a lot of work after the college hrs to prepare for the next day's class.
So, you may go for it.
All the best !!
Hello Naveenv495 , From some research on internet about both colleges you mention with there respective branches I found that nit trichy with instrumentation and control engineering is better option in all aspects like placement, infrastructure and all but only fees is quite more.
Hope it will be helpful for you :)
