I am currently persuing ba llb, in my college there is no intellectual property law as a law subject, I want to ask that can I persue llm in ip law or not..

Hello Astha,

As per the BCI guidelines, one could pursue LLM if he/she has completed his 5year integrated BA LLB or BBA LLB or 3years LLB course from a recognized university. The specific subject taught should not be a problem if you don't have that subject in your curriculum. You could still pursue LLM  in IP laws.
