There is great demand of the professional interior designers in India as well as abroad. To get a reputed job you must have passed the professional course from a reputed institution. After the completion of the course you may join the firms. The skills required for interior designers are creativity, drawing skills, problem solving skills, basic architecture, designing skills etc.
Then about the eligibility criteria, some colleges could have their own specifications. Students should have completed 10+2 from any recognised board with a minimum aggregate of 55%. Students should have the necessary knowledge in Mathematics, yet it is not mandatory. Entrance exams and portfolios are the most important factors.
