I didn't understand what you ment by bsc level ,but still i will give a list of govt colleges providing interior design courses:
There are two sections basically in which one of them will comprise of visual thinking, perception , color knowledge, basic interior design.
Other sections will include organization principles, observations skills, common sense, problem solving .
