Yes your son can start preparing from now onwards by enrolling in some foundation course but I would possibly advice NO.

Foundation courses are good if they are from a very popular institute. rather I would suggest that your son studies and clears his basics till class 11. From

Dear Shruti,

       You can appear for CEED 2019, if you are in the final year of your Bachelors degree. In fact even if you have a diploma after your 10+2, you are eligible to appear for the entrance examination. IIT Bombay is the conducting body for CEED 2019.
