There is no age limit to apply in IB course. Yes you can do a double MBA course but rather than going for MBA in IB then you can go for some certification course. Otherwise yes you are eligible.

Every institute has a specialization and talking about IIFT, international business is its main course. Yes it is worth doing from IIFT. Do not think twice if you get shortlisted.

To apply in MBA with International Business as a specialization you need to have graduation with 50% (general category) and for reserved categories it has to be 45% plus cleared any management entrance exam like CAT/CMAT/MAT etc. Then you can choose this specialisation in your MBA course.
