In the context of the question you've, I would suggest you go with BBA in International Business.

Why? Because it is a course which will help you to understand what is going on and the steps of performing.

It has Marketing at a global scale and economics as well.

Whereas talking about BBA in Aviation management, this course is equally good. In this, the students are trained to think and implement ideas in The administrative roles in Airport and Aviation sector.

BBA is bachalor of business administration course. Which three years bachalor degree course.

BBA in international business department of you join then you have to study what's the strategy of global buisness, how you could handle more clients, how you can handle multiple companies.

BBA finance department if you join then you will know about the insurance policy, the investment strategy, the finance demand etc.

Now both are different, you have to choose which you can choose in between two. It's totally depends on your career path.

BBA in finance means bachalor of business administration in finance department..in this course you have to study about the strategy of finance, finance management of company. It's mainly knowledge about the investment, skills about the Insurance etc.

BBA in international business means bachalor of business administration in international business department. In this department you study about the global buisness strategy, the global buisness enviornment , principle of this type buisness and operating the multiple companies.

Now both are different but releted to each other. If you are interested in finance and investment then go for finance department. But if you want to go for global business then go for international business.

see Bachelor in business administration course with specialization of International Business  is of three years duration . however fees structure would depends on the institute, for private institute fees is high compare to government colleges.

generally semester wise tuition fees ranges from 10k-40k.

I would  glad to inform you that fees structure of bba in international business stream is around 1 to 4.5 lakhs for three years in most college in india.  I would like to list name of some decent colleges with their fees:-

1.  Amity university - 360000 for 3 years
