I want to join full time MBA in USA in 2019; which exam should I take first IELTS or GRE?

GMAT and GRE are two predominant exams that students need to undertake to pursue management studies in the USA. You should probably first check with the university where you plan to apply. Top universities in the USA accept both the GMAT and GRE score, for instance, Stanford accepts both the scores for its MBA programme. In terms of priority, you must take GMAT or GRE along with an English language proficiency test, since you will be applying from India. Coming to the English Language proficiency test, major of the universities in the US accept tests such as IELTS, TOEFL and PTE. Also, you will first need to check with the university before taking an exam. In short, you will have to take GRE/ GMAT and an English test for admission into any US university.

Can anyone tell me colleges or university of Canada for MBA in international business which accept one year experience and 6.5 IELTS band ?

University of Canada Accepts IELTS, and has various colleges under it.
For International Business, top colleges in Canada with IELTS above 6.5 are:-
1. HEC Montreal
2. Humber College
3. University of Regina
4. George Brown College
5. Vancouver Island University.
The average package observed is 90000$ per annum.
All the above colleges accept 1year of work experience, there are various scholarship avenues for meritorious candidates.
Average fees is 25lacs for two year duration at above colleges and are highly reputed for International Business Specialized students.

You will have to decide which country you plan to study.
In case you plan to do your engineering from USA, you will need to appear for SAT/ ACT as well.

Yes you can take the English proficiency test- IELTS.
IELTS is conducted once a week, meaning up to four times a month across 125 countries. The English proficiency test- both formats are generally conducted on Saturdays or Thursday. specific IELTS test dates at various locations are available on the official website. Candidates can select the IELTS test date as per the availability of the test centre. Interested candidates can register for IELTS test.

You should fill the application latest by Oct-Sept for spring admissions for GRE. Yes it will be required to take both exam as the purpose for both is different. One is to check your english profiency and other is to check your aptitude.
