With a CRL of 17k in JEE Main, your OBC NCL Rank would be anywhere near 3-3.5k. At this rank you may preferably choose any branch at NIT Andhra Pradesh, your Home State NIT. As far as Other Good NITs are Concerned, you will preferably get CSE at NIT Jamshedpur,

as per the previous years cutoff analytics, the chances for you to secure a seat at any of the NITs, IIITs, or GFITs is less. However, do not get disheartened by this, as there are two more JEE Main sessions pending and you can try your best again.
