IIIT Agartala is very recent, i.e. it was established in 2018. So, the first batch is yet to be graduated in 2022. So, it will hard to talk about the placements in this college. All of the faculty members are highly competent and benevolent. They are well experienced

I would personally recommend you to join IIIT Kottayam cse as the other college's placements are not very great. Kurnool is also new and placements are not

According to the category and rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the top NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes you can get some average NITs like NIT Goa, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Meghalaya and some other likewise institutions if you deserve
