According to your rank you got the ideal branch and college i.e. ECE in IIIT Kancheepuram, it is good college with an average package of 6 lakhs and have good infrastrucure.Still you can get best IIIT college than IIITK but not NIT(Lower than IIITK),you can go for IIIT
