Now, see, all iits are good more or lessly. Among the engineering streams, cs is most preferable branch then it & then ece. So, if your only target is to study in a good branch, you should go for

IIIT Sonepat and IIIT kota and IIIT pune, all were established recently.  They all operate from temperory canpus. So, you can't expect all the necessary facilities from any of the three college.

In case you need them, you should join older IIITs like jabalpur,  Guwhati, kanchepuram,  allahabad,  gwaliour .
