According to your rank and considering you as sc category ,there is no chance to get a seat in any of the nits or iiits.

But you can look for GFTI's but still you have to wait for csab rounds to begin.

Hence with your rank it would be impossible for you to get admission in IIIT GWALIOR or LUCKNOW but

NIT patna, NIT Agartall  , NIT Srinagar,  NIT Sikkim,  NIT Rouerkela. But the branch you will get here are lowest.

You have extremely very low chances for this EWS rank in NITs or IIITs or GFTIs. If you would have scored under 12000, then there might be any chance but for EWS 40k its very difficult.
