Hello There ,
It is up to you to decide whether you want a tag or not . It is just a trend among engineering students of different colleges to brand their college . Nothing wrong in that , but you should see which branch you are getting in the
you have no chance or very low chance if are looking for nits and also if you opt for iiits there would no or very lesser chance that you may get in.
but yes if are going for gftis than than off-course the chance that you may get in is
Hello,
With your rank in ST category I wiil suggest you to use home state quota for NITs. You can refer this link https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff-for-top-nits
And for IIITs, there are less chances. https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff-for-top-iiits
You can use college predictor tool to get an idea about the colleges you might get in JOSAA
As per the previous year cutoff as a OBC category the chance seems less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs.
however you can try for state counseling like Punjab, Haryana, MP, Etc.
To know your other best admission possibilities of Institutes & branches in JOSAA & State
You can go for the Counciling of NITs IIITs GFTIs through JOSSA Councilling . This her it Will be starting from 6 OCTOBER 2020 in which you can fill your choices for these Government engineering institutes. Here I am providing link in which you can see details of JOSSA Councilling

86 percentile JEE MAIN score is equivalent to approximately 88900 general category rank and 25000 OBC - NCL rank. You should have mentioned your rank and home state also.
However you have chances to get admission in following NITs.
hyy
with your percentile it seems like you won't be able to get iiits if you belong to general category and not from north east. i could have helped you serve you better if you had included both of that.
better i am providing you a link go with that
