If 62k is your CRL rank then you may have chances to get a seat in IIITS or gftis but that also not the top ones,I hope you understand what I mean. But to know, which colleges you may get on this rank and also on your homestate

The rank you have mentioned to high to come in range of IIIT campus cutoff for any branch until and unless you have any reservation category. if your rank is below 7k then there is high possibility to get IIIT campus.

Based on your categorical rank, you are eligibile for majority of the NIT campus. you won't be eligible for IIIT campus as their  closing cutoff is always below 7k-8k.

previous year cutoff for NIT delhi and mumbai is below 10k.

Congratulations on the result.Since NITs are preffered to IIITs i suggest you to go for NIT jalandar as it is better than NIT hamirpur according to the rankings.If you prefer branch over college,ECE has wide opportunities as the student can go either towards core side or software side
