To get college like NIT and IIT ..according to the eligibility criteria .. candidates should score aleast  75% aggregate percentage of all five subject ..if you are from general category ..

In Jee mains website ,there is not any percentage criteria mentioned for appearing in it.Is there any eligibility criteria for appearing in it? Im not talking about criteria for taking admission in IIT or IIIT or NIT.

JEE mains is an exam conducted in order to qualify for JEE advanced and thus there is a cut-off each year. Cuttoffs of every year is different and thus there is no fixed percentage or marks.

As you ask about percentile but you didn't mention about which percentile you talk here ...
if you talk about 12th percentile... So to get admission in this colleges you have to score more than 75% in your board exam...  different category have different percentile cut off requirement ..

......but as you mention that you want to go IIT or NIT colleges for these colleges it is the the rule that candidate have to appear for improvement exam for all
