hello aspirant,
With the above mentioned rank in OBC category, and according to the previous years JEE mains Cutoff, you have very difficult chances of getting Any good NIT's or IIIT's with this much rank, even if you have home state quota. Although you can get some Low-ranked NIT's like

Hey,
It's difficult to predict college because it depends on factors like how many candidates are interested in a particular college and branch and these factors are variable.
However by observing pervious year trends some of the colleges you can consider are:
1. NIT Agartala
2. NIT Calicut
3. NIT
Greetings!
Firstly the system of category rank and CRL is a bit too complex, and is out of scope of this answer, although what you need to know is, that with category rank you can get better colleges and therefore that is considered in counselling.

Dear Aspirant,
With 160000 ranks in JEE mains in even the Home state quota, you can't get IIIT Raipur as the percentile required would be much higher than you get in your exam. And in government colleges, the home state quota doesn't apply. The rank for OBC-NCL needed for this
Sorry to say, but with a category rank as high as 16k it will be very difficult to get any of the IIITs. In 2021, the highest closing rank was 9971 accepted by IIIT Kottayam.
You can find the colleges that match your rank through the college predictor -
Hello,
If you want to be eligible for a place in an NIT,IIIT,GFTI and take the JEE Advanced, you must earn at least a 75 percent aggregate in your board examinations. Seat distribution in NIT'S,IIIT's,GFTI's is solely dependent on JEE Mains score and rank; it has absolutely nothing to do
Honestly it is difficult for you to get a seat in any of the colleges through jee mains which you have mentioned. I would suggest you to keep other colleges as a backup like private colleges.
Colleges like VIT Vellore, SRM University, Manipal University, BITS Pilani are very good
Hope you are doing well
As you marks in jee mains is 70 that means your percentile is around 89 which is actually not enough for getting admission in NIT, GFTI and IIIT.
