As we look over your rank which is 19000. Seats reserved for obc category are 27% under the under the non creamy layer where annual income of family is <8 lakh.
So, looking over the scenario, asyiur rank is so high but still you can get admission in NIT

There are many many factors which will affect your son's decision:

1) Does he want to persue his career in CSE or not: If yes, then he should go for colleges like NIT srinagar CSE or CSE in some IIIT.

2)He is not sure about branch

Your obc category rank is 34925 and this very high .
For nit and IIIT category rank should be below 11000.
So there is no chanceels of getting nit or IIIT . You should try in private colleges .
