According to your percentile in jee mains your general rank will be close to 1.8lakh and with this rank you have very less chance to get seat in any NIT or IIIT as your rank is very high in general category.

It might be difficult to get iiit college at that rank cause the closing rank for iiit is around 26k. But you can take nit cause the closing rank for this is around 33k or more. According to me, you can take nit college for engineering. But still

First of all you haven't mentioned the category, if you have got 21737 rank in general category then you will be able to get admission in some best nits. 

Or

If you have got 21737 in OBC category then you can't be able to get admission in any government

I don't know if you are aware but IIIT Gwalior offers two dual degree courses related to IT, B.Tech+M.tech and B.tech+MBA. While going with previous year trends, your rank of 3157 is more than sufficient for securing a seat in 5-year courses. According to last year statistics, you could
