Hii,i am here to help you according to your query.The colleges you have listed are very good for cse doing cse from any othem will fetch you a good job if you perform decent in college. 

But I think IIIT GWALIOR is the best for CSE from the given options. The reason being every IIIT Gwalior is specialised college for CSE and it offers great packages with average for cse being 10 lacs. 

So for CSE IIIT GWALIOR AND JABALPUR is better than listed NITS like SILCHAR AND AGARTALA .

But if you are getting top NITS like trichy ,warangal, Allahabad you should take cse there.

As IIIT Raichur is a recently opened IIIT in karnataka. As its first batch will pass out in 2023, hence we can not determine the college on the basis of placements. As it is a newly opened institute, the college authorities will try to give the best of the facilities so that it maintain its fame of IIIT.

Yes why not?

If you have got CSE in IIIT Kalyani in the CSAB special round 2.Then i think that CSAB 2019 consists of only 2 special rounds.

If you have been alloted a seat in the 2nd special round then now what are you wishing for.

There is no further round in CSAB 2019.The seat that you have got is full.

There are 2 options left either take it or leave it.

Now you have no chance to look for IIIR Gwalior,kota....etc

First of all Congratulating you on your nice performance and I feel sorry to inform you that based on your rank in general category and considering the fact that you belong to Obc category it is very difficult for you to get a seat in government college like nits and gfti, even then you should apply for special round counselling but I would like to tell you that you must keep a back up where you can take admission in case you couldn't get any seat.

You can definitely still float for the round 2 of the CSAB round. Many people have done that in past and it's a common practice. Students try to get a college of higher preference till the very last round. But there is a catch that you have to take the college allotted in the very last round and you cannot revert back to old seat. In case of you not taking seat in the college allotted in second round, your participation fees will not be returned. Hope you choose well.

This may be because of the way you would have filled in your choices. If in case you have excluded IIIT manipur from your choice filling list then there is no chance that you could have got it. In case if you have filled it then you might have got some other college which you have filled above it due to which you have not got it. Hope this helps.

With this rank it will be very difficult for you to get admission in IIIT Manipur even if you are from scheduled caste category therefore you should try for admission in other NITs in the north-east where you might be able to get admission because of home-state quota or you can try for state level colleges.
