As you have mentioned that you are OBC-NCL, thenI would say that there are certain but not much NITs or IIIts for you. NIT Agartala, NIT Srinagar, NIT Manipur, Mizoram etc are some of these. Also apply for CSAB special round counselling, it might get you good NIT.
