Dear student, as you have got the kottayam branch in the first round of counselling process, you may hardly move on to NIT andrapradesh and not more than that. It depends on the availability of seats after the first round counselling is over and even on the number of applicants and their choices.

Hello Chaitanya, with 4500 rank and if you still havent got any seat through 1st round CSAB counselling, you might not get into NIT delhi, trichy. However you can still stay hopefull for other NITs like NIT jalandhar, NIT agartala, NIT silchar, NIT srinagar,etc.

Based on your category rank, under All India seat you might NOT be able to get into majority of NIT or IIITs under Other State quota. However, you may have a good chance in Home State quota depending on the state.
