And as your percentile is 60% in JEE, you have a fair enough chance to get into the NITs of your home state easily.

If your rank i.e 18,980 is not a sc category rank then you have scored very well and definitely you'll get reputed NITs.
You can apply for NITs/IIITs/GFTIs of your home state .If you are not satisfied with that you can apply for other states as well .
