Generally the CSE in good NITs closes before 4000 in OBC list. And it closes around 7000 in new IIITs. Having 52k Obc rank you have zero chances of getting any NITs and IIITs with any of branches. So you may look for some private colleges.

Admission in IIITs is based on JEE Mains rank. With good rank in JEE Mains you can get seat in IIITs. Through JEE Advanced also some IIITs gives admissions.

If you are getting BITS-Hyderabad campus with Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering 4 years then you should go for it.
